2010

May 9th - Salzburg/Austria
Today was a good day. We went to Salzburg in Austria to try and get the last CACIB Gioia needed to complete her International Champion (FCI) title - and she did as best female dog.
Her daughter Pebbles was best puppy and received a VV( very promising).
Strandley enough I  became best male dog and recieved my first CACIB.

April 18th - Colmar (F)
Bernhard took me to where he grew up: Colmar the upper Rhine Valley. Well, he actually grew up more to the south east  in Müllheim.
Gioia came with us and we attended the CACIB Colmar. She made best female dog (CACIB) and I second best male (RCACIB).

April 14th - birthday
Today I turned 5 - jéééééée

March 28th - Luxembourg

Today wasn't a very successful day. For the first time, I competetd in a show where ths judge did not like me that much. The World Winner attended with his buudies which were all very impressive and good looking. But he did not like me that much and did not award me a Excellent. Instead I received a Very Good for the first time.
There is no explaination given in Luxembourg as to why one receives a certain grade which leaves us clueless as to what he did not like the way I looked.
I will survive...

March 13th - Offenburg/Germany

Today I had the pleasure to go to a dog show with my girl Gioia. After a two year hiatus and 18 puppies later Gioia took V1 (Excellent 1) in Champion Class, received a CACIB and beat two male dogs to BOB.

I am so proud of her! Go GIRL power!!!

February 19./20. Bourges/France

In Bourges I finally received my fourth point (of max 4 points I can get myself) and am now Recommandé. Now my children have to get the remaining two for me...

November 16 - Grandchildren

Today my son Zebediah 'Hoagy' von der Rosa Alba and Little Betty von der Rosa Alba had two girls.
A new feeling!

August 15 - Babies

I am soooo proud. On July I became father of four healthy boys. Tinytoon is a happy mother and is doing also well. All four are very cute with good coat and some color. I walked by the puppy bin but only got a lip from Tiny. I was just checkin' - promised! In a couple of weeks I will be playing with them.

July 5 - Test d'Aptitude Naturelle

Om July 5, Elmo passed his Test d'Aptitude Naturelle in France. He received 10 of 10 possible points.

June 14 - Paris

I had a great time here in Paris. There were almost 70 Cotons here - and all were very beautiful. One of the dogs I was in the ring with was a dog from the United states living in England - his kennel sounded like barken, but that cannot be...:)
Well, I made first place in champion class, which makes me very happy.

April 14th - 4th Birthday

Today was my 4th birthday!

September 18 - Family Day

I saw my children, that have with Crissy, for the first time Septmber 18.  They are soooo cute. Gioia, Momma Daisy and I had such a wonderful day.

Four weeks and one day old!

Today was the first day out and about and they played like crazy. Afterwards they all were sooooo tired...

August 25 - mine!

You can easily tell there are my children. It took a few weeks, as it always does. But now you can tell: they are mine. How so? Well, who else could have such beautiful children, but me...!

August 6 - First Pictures
Crissy sent me the first picture of our babies..

Crissy named them “Zanzibar”, “Zarathustra” und “Zebediah” und girl “Zillis”.

July 31 Children
Today, Chrissie's and my children were born. So far i only know that there are three boys and one girl. Soon more!

July 19: Yesterday, Gioia cam to visit for a couple of weeks from Germany. If you think it is McMell's Indian Gioia I have to disappoint you. This Gioia is actually where the otherone got her name from.
Gioia is a friendof mine, and is fun to be with. She ülays with me all the time but is not too keen on going on walks with me. This is largely due to the fact, that she is in the water almost all day. She surfs and is loving it!

July 7: A couple of days ago, Crissy came back from ultra sound and told me that there will be at least three littlle Cotons to be waited for. I am very proud and equally excited....

In June, I me a cute little Cotton Girl named Crissy. I was smitten right away, and so was she. We decided on the spot to populate the world with cute little Coton Babies....

Crissy lives in  Swizterland with Nancy and was born in Germany with Sabine.

2007

July 8th 2007

At 5:04 am the first of five daughters were born. All within 42 minutes. After 48 more minutes there was a boy born. The first and fith girl are colored around the eyes and on their tail end. The others are white.
I was so excited at birth and was happy to howl into the world: BABIES ARE BORN !!!
